The offer is valid just for Airtel customers who have not performed any rechargeable transactions on their Sim card for the past 30 days and above.

The subscription code stated above works on all Airtel Sim cards, but if you are not eligible, when dialing the code stated above, you are directed to the offer page that lists the available offers, but when you choose an option you’re directed to the next page which only tells you 'Dear customer, you are not eligible to buy this data bundle. Please dial *141# to activate another data bundle'. This means you are not eligible for the offer.
However, if you don't have enough airtime and you got a reply like "Dear customer, you have insufficient balance to purchase this data bundle. Please recharge and try again"
then it means you are eligible. If you have enough airtime, you will be subscribe to the selected  plan.
